Imagine, for far less than the cost of athletic scholarship, WGU mentors could assure us that every athlete received a diploma with ever having to go to class , take a lab, or have to use the Wikipedia to research a dumb paper on Hamlet!
Imagine the publicity as the Western Governors Washington Huskies play the University of Phoenix Oregon Ducks in the 2017 Nike bowl! This would hugely increase enrollment at WGU and the UW would get a cut on the cobranding. Liberty University’s online program .. without a division 1 team, make almost a half a billion dollars last year!
I’ll bet Western Governors would even buy the naming and streaming rights to Husky Stadium!
