Conservatives: More Need for Higher Education Means Higher Costs to Students

The proportion of applicants failing to receive higher education in Britain is set to increase substantially over the next 10 years, pushing up the cost to the student as the government seeks to make more places available without drawing on public funds, according to analysis by the Higher Education Policy Institute.  Read more.
